The Total Rehabilitation of Pritchett Road in Seven Points, Texas The City of Seven Points, Texas is accepting Proposals to repair that portion of Pritchett Road from its intersection with Jess Hinton Road southward to its intersection with SH334 (East Cedar Creek Parkway). Proposers are encouraged to submit Proposals that must include design-build services, a detailed cost estimate, and necessary permits. The work must be completed before November 30, 2025. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, qualifications, and previous performance. Proposals shall, at a minimum, accomplish the following Minimum Scope of Work: 1. Inspect the damages and prepare design to address the identified problems ; and 2. Develop a detailed cost estimate; and 3. Obtain the necessary permits and authorizations (flood permit, stream alteration, stormwater, right-of-way, etc.); and 4. Dispose of all waste from the old road as appropriate; and 5. Repair or replace structures and reconstruct roadway with fill, base materials, and gravel surface, and including all necessary culverts, ditches, and side slopes; and 6. Follow all state requirements for temporary erosion control during construction activities; and 7. Provide adequate bank stabilization in order to avoid future erosion.
