Sir/Ma'am, I am soliciting for renovations to the Ashley Lake day use area approximately 20mi from Kalispell, MT. The work to be completed by 7/31/2026. If interested please fill out the SF 1442 and experience questionnaire. Thank you The intent of this contract is to renovate the day use area at the Ashley Lake Boat Launch & Day Use area by reconstructing picnic sites and constructing a parking area, trail and raised walking path. The work includes but is not limited to clearing & grubbing, parking area excavation and embankment, removal and salvage of existing fire rings, furnishing and installing picnic area structures, furnishing and installing precast concrete vault toilet, hauling and placing barrier rock, reconditioning of access road, drain dip construction, trail excavation and embankment, raised walking path construction, hauling and placing surface course aggregate, seeding and mulching disturbed areas, and all other indirect items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. PROJECT LOCATION Approximately, 20 miles West of Kalispell, MT C.3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $100,000 and $250,000 Period of Performance: 08/29/2025 to 07/31/2026 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
