This requirement is for the removal and installation of carpet, installation of vinyl, and removal of a door in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. If you would like to be present for the pre-proposal site visit, please submit the attachment "55 SFS NCIC Screening Pass Request" no later than 10:00AM 15 August 2025 A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted 01:00PM 18 August 2025. Pre-proposal site visit will start at the Offutt Visitor Control Center. Technical questions are due not later than 01:00PM CDT on 20 August 2025. Answers to questions will be provided no later than 01:00PM CDT on 22 August 2025 Quotes are due not later than 10:00AM CDT on 28 August 2025. Offer acceptance period must be valid through 30 September 2025. Quotes and pass requests will be submitted by email to janiya.brown.1@us.af.mil and craig.johnson.37 @us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this officer before offer due date and time. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, administration, and services necessary to abate asbestos tiles and mastic, removal and disposal of flooring, and installation new floor coverings and accessories as specified and the removal and disposal of vault door and related accessories to include latches and hinges. The Contractor is required to purchase all materials required to complete this project. The work occurs in Building 301D, rooms 4, 7, 10, 11, and 17 - 49 IS office spaces at Offutt AFB NE in accordance with the attached drawings.
