Site work and renovation of a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes plugging and abandonment of Water Well No. 1; blasting and recoating of Water Well No. 2 piping; and demolition of one (1) ground storage tank, three (3) hydropneumatic tanks and associated air piping, underground plant piping, control building, booster pumps, and asphalt access road. This work also includes the construction of a 0.428 MG precast, prestressed concrete ground storage tank; two (2) 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tanks; three (3) 1,000 gpm booster pumps; one (1) 500 gpm booster pump; a new CMU control building; gaseous chlorine disinfection system; phosphate system; horizontal duplex air compressor; concrete access road; all related piping; foundations; electrical; instrumentation; drainage; site work and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for the completely functional water plant.
