Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/13 10:00:00 AM NDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, the roof replacement and miscellaneous repairs at three (3) units: 9 Price Avenue, Lawn, 19 Webbers Road, Lawn and 4 Outer Drive, Fortune. Please Note: All units are occupied 1 Provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, permits and administration necessary to perform the work outlined below and described in greater detail in the specifications and drawings attached hereto and forming part of the documents for this project. .2 Contractor to provide NL Housing with a copy of all permits required and Certificates of Inspections prior to release of payments of the contract. .3 All work in this project is to be completed in accordance with all related NL Housing specifications attached and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. .4 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. .5 Contractor to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the current edition of the National Building Code, Electrical Code and Plumbing Code of Canada.
