A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Exterior Facade Improvements The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the "Authority") is seeking to contract through the competitive large purchase process with one or more vendors (the "Contractor") to provide qualified professionals for exterior facade improvements at 124-126 Wooster Street, Hartford, CT 06120; 140-142 Wooster Street, Hartford, CT 06120; 146-148 Wooster Street, Hartford, CT 06120; 68-70 Pliny Street, Hartford CT, 06120; and 32 Sanford Street, Hartford, CT 06120. The Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards under this solicitation. The Authority reserves the right to make partial or full award of the services described below.
