Award: Pittard Construction Company for $355,556.44 Sealed bids will be received by High Point SUD for the 12" Water Line on Reeder Rd. Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be as set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS. The HIGH POINT SUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening date. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
