Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Baxter Springs, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk bid for new park 2025 Replace 615' of curb and gutter. New pour needs to be set at the current grade. Install 615' of sidewalk that backs the curb. The sidewalk should be 5' wide. The 175' of sidewalk that runs parallel to Park Ave shall be 10' wide. Installation of 4 ADA compliant ramps with ADA mats (mats provided by the city). 2 ramps shall be on the Northwest corner of the lot (one facing north, the second facing west). 2 ramps shall be on the southwest corner of the lot (one facing south, the second facing west. Any rock aggregate will be provided by the city. Any other dump truck services will be provided by the city. An on-site pre-bid meeting is required.
