Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, surface preparation and recoat the interior of Ground Storage Tank Nos. 1 & 2; Surface preparation and recoat the exterior and above ground piping of Ground Storage Tanks Nos. 1 & 2; Surface preparation and recoat/touch up coating on booster pump housing and cages, and discharge and suction headers and piping. The project is located at Water Plant No. 1 at 14075 Walters Road, Houston, Texas 77014. Question Deadline 08/22/2025 Bidders should contact the Engineer not less than 72 hours before bid opening to secure any addenda that may affect bidding. In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer.
