Renovation of a military facility in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station has a requirement for a Design-Build Construction project to repair the Army Reserve roof at Building 2503. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to design, install, construct, and complete the work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and accompanying specifications. The contract will be a single Firm Fixed-Price Design-Build award, set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.14. The performance period includes 150 calendar days for the design phase and 100 calendar days for the construction phase, totaling 250 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required, and liquidated damages will be specified in the contract. Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted or returned. All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the solicitation, which will be available electronically only via SAM.gov. Contractors must be actively registered in SAM and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to be eligible for award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
