This Contract includes an option for renewal(s). Contract Time begins on December 1, 2025. Intent: The work to be completed under this performance-based contract consists of determining work needs, performing the work and continually delivering results that meet performance criteria as specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining mitered end sections, sidewalks, and performance aesthetics to include turf management, litter removal, roadside and slope mowing, street sweeping, edging curbs and sidewalks, tree trimming and removal, fence repair, cleaning drainage structures, and maintaining delineators and object markers, and landscape maintenance. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating work efforts with local municipalities and organizations under Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and monitoring Landscape Agreements in Brevard County.
