The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: macadam pavement milling and overlay, pavement markings, ADA signage, and E&S controls. Docs notes : Checks shall be made payable to Keller Engineers Inc. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be available upon payment of a deposit of $100. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the printed Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of The Huntingdon County Commissioners, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non Collusion Afidavit with the bid. A Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the contract and issued by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder.
