This may include altering specifications to include products with increased Canadian content or non-tariffed alternatives. The City welcomes any questions or feedback from bidders which may assist the City in achieving the goal of reducing the negative impacts of tariffs on this solicitation. Bidders should note the basis of award for this solicitation detailed in Part 2 of the RFT. At the time of tendering, the Tenderer shall submit, with its Tender, a deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond from the Tenderer's surety in favour of the City of Ottawa. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price.
