The current playground equipment at Britannia Elementary is undersized for the needs of the school and in need of an upgrade to a multi-purpose facility that integrates the current playground equipment. The VSB is seeking a playground design with features that increase its accessibility for a range of student needs. It is the intent of the Board to use this RFP process to select a single qualified contractor for the provision of a playground design, supply equipment, and installation. All questions or requests for an explanation or clarification regarding this RFP must be made in writing only by email sent to the Contact Person using the email address noted in the cover page of this RFP. Reference the RFP number of this competition in the subject line of the email. The enquiries are to be received no later than 5 full business days prior to the RFP Closing.
