This project involves the construction of two (2) Pickleball Courts located within Rock Spring Park in Washington Township, Morris County, New Jersey. The work includes excavation and site grading of the existing lawn area and gravel parking lot where the two courts are being installed. Due to access concerns, the (2) asphalt pickleball courts will be laid out and paved prior to the installation of a modular block retaining wall. Additional work will involve the installation of concrete wheel stops, athletic benches, and chain-link fence as laid out on the Construction Plans. BID SECURITY: Bid Security is required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth CONSENT OF SURETY: Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
