The work generally consists of construction of roadway rehabilitation, including full depth reclamation of existing pavement, soil-cement base treatment, installation of new asphalt (base, binder, and surface courses), and construction of a concrete truck access pad. Contract time shall be 60 consecutive calendar days from the effective date shown in the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $1,500 for each consecutive calendar day the Work has not achieved Final Completion.
