Project Duration: 180 Days Anticipated Bid Date: September 2026 SCOPE OF WORK / CONSIDERATIONS 1. Expansion / Renovation of existing 11,995 sq ft building and addition/ replacement of some mechanical equipment 2. Close coordination with College Environment and Academic Programs semi-occupied existing facility 3. Large classroom division into an open office space for three (3) staff positions: Wall ; IT and Electric Additions. 4. Addition of outdoor pad, awning, fence & new air compressor plus associated new compressor piping. 5. Demolition of existing obsolete air compressor and associated piping. 6. Demolition of existing wooden structure over Electrical Room. 7. Installation of wall and new electrical subpanel for additional receptacles in existing Welding Lab. 8. Addition of lab area exhaust ducting, hood and fans plus exterior wall and window modifications. 9. Modification of existing automotive exhaust ducts. 10. Addition of new automotive lifts and exhaust ducts. 11. Miscellaneous plumbing, mechanical, and electrical modifications. 12. Reinforcement of existing concrete slabs at two new automotive lifts. 13. Addition of three (3) large LSHV Fans, power and controllers in existing spaces. 14. Installation of new lighting in shop / lab areas.
