Renovations of the existing Administrative area to provide new Machine Shop, including General, Electrical and Mechanical Construction, and the renovation for the County Hall for new Administrative area; all work to be complete in a multiple prime contract and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Northampton Community College is soliciting sealed bids for the Hartzell Hall Machine Shop and County Hall Renovations Project ("Project") in the form of a MULTIPLE prime lump sum contracts. Contractors shall review Contract Documents for RACP Compliance Guidelines. Contract 1:General Construction Contract 2:Mechanical and Plumbing Construction Contract 3:Electrical Construction Checks or money orders shall be made payable to "CHA" and mailed to 1 E.
