Renovation of an educational facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northampton Community College is soliciting sealed bids for the Hartzell Hall Machine Shop and County Hall Renovations Project ("Project") in the form of a MULTIPLE prime lump sum contracts. Contractors shall review Contract Documents for RACP Compliance Guidelines. Contract 1:General Construction Contract 2:Mechanical and Plumbing Construction Contract 3:Electrical Construction Checks or money orders shall be made payable to "CHA" and mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: the contracts you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. The work of this Section and Section 230993 "Sequences of Operations for HVAC Controls" shall be performed by an approved BMS Contractor. The Mechanical Contractor shall install control valves, control dampers, thermal wells, flow switches, and similar control devices, as furnished by the BMS Contractor, in ductwork and hydronic piping systems. The Mechanical Contractor shall coordinate the final location of control components with the BMS Contractor prior to the installation of ductwork and hydronic piping systems. Question deadline is August 20th 2025 as per Addendum 2.
