**As of October 29, 2025, the project was awarded to Webber Waterworks LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** The Work includes furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, and services for construction of an expansion to the existing Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) from a current rated capacity of 42 million gallons per day (MGD) to a proposed capacity of 64.4 MGD, as specified and detailed in the Contract Documents. The deadline to ask questions is 9/18/2025 5:00 PM CDT: Any questions or concerns should be submitted via the website after the Advertisement and at least five (5) business days prior to the Due Date Each PROPOSAL must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to OWNER in an amount of five percent (5%) of PROPOSER's total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all submitted Proposals or any part thereof, waive immaterial errors, and award the contract in the best interest of the Owner.
