The City of Perry is soliciting quotes for labor and materials listed below. This is for the new DPW Commercial Pole/Salt Storage Building, 200 Lamb St., Perry, Michigan. 2 - 5'0" x 5'0" X42" deep frost- free slabs with reinforcement. 1 - 16'0" x 20'0" x 6" thick slab with 3#'s per yd tough strand fiber mesh. 1 - 20'0" x 60'0" x 6" thick slab with 3#'s per yd tough strand fiber mesh. 4000# PSI. All concrete sprayed with a concrete curing and hardening agent. Minimum of 6" crushed concrete to be installed under both slabs. Excess material may stay onsite. Alternate: Site prep. 2 - 5'0" x 5'0" X42" deep frost- free slabs with reinforcement. 1 - 16'0" x 20'0" x 6" thick slab with 3#'s per yd tough strand fiber mesh. 1 - 20'0" x 60'0" x 6" thick slab with 3#'s per yd tough strand fiber mesh. 4000# PSI.
