Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Clair, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
Surfacing: Behind Major League Ballfield 22A crushed concrete prepared area New driveway and approach to both buildings. 6300 sq ft, include (Contractor's Responsibility to visit site and include measurements in estimates if different than specified) The project shall be bid as one project. The specifications are as follows: 1. Compact 2. 4" concrete 3. Wire Mesh 4. 4000 psi/6bag mix concrete 5. Brush Finish 6. Saw Cut, sand joints and pull forms 7. Topsoil & seeding of perimeter. 8. Remove all debris and concrete mix Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % - Bids must include a bid bond (5% of total bid). A payment bond, and a maintenance and guarantee bond (in effect for 2 years once final payment has been issued) for 100% of the bid amount will be required following the bid award.
