The City of Roseville (City) owns and operates a network of gravity sewers, pump stations, and force mains that serve customers within the City's limits. This system includes regional facilities that convey flow from South Placer Wastewater Authority (SPWA) partner agencies. SPWA's two trunk sewers, known as Cirby Trunk A and Cirby Trunk B, convey flows from the City and the South Placer Municipal Utility District (SPMUD) to the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP). To support anticipated development in areas served by Cirby Trunk A and B, the City commissioned the Commercial Corridors Specific Plans Sewer Evaluation (2022), which identified a capacity deficiency in Cirby Trunk A. As a follow-up, the City commissioned the Cirby Trunk A Alternatives Modeling Results Technical Memorandum (2023) to identify and evaluate potential solutions. The Corridors Sewer Improvements Project was initiated to implement improvements that address this deficiency. This RFP is soliciting proposals for design services for the Corridors Sewer Improvements project. Question Deadline 08/22/2025 The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
