Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dickson, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a office development; office development; pre-engineered storage facility; and office development.
This selected Construction Firm will be required to perform pre-construction and construction services for the construction of three new baseball fields, a new office and concession building, and a large, covered metal batting cage structure. The City of Dickson hereby notifies all interested parties that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises and female owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit qualifications in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award.
