Contractor shall provide The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) with routine, on-call, and emergency roofing and gutter repair services at the 320,000 square feet, state-owned, McClellan Facility. Routine services will be provided on a monthly basis, and On-call services shall be provided on an as-needed basis, as requested by the DPR Contract Manager or his/her authorized designee.
