The tender, the guarantee that must accompany it and all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 60 days. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bids submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as the one under which they are bidding will be considered. Only persons, partnerships and companies having an establishment in Canada and holding an appropriate license appropriate licence under the Act respecting the qualification of construction contractors and who have obtained the tender document directly from "SEAO" are eligible to bid.
