Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All questions, explanations, clarifications, or interpretations desired by bidders regarding any part of the solicitation must be electronically submitted to the City of Fort Worth's Bonfire Portal The City of Fort Worth seeks bids to finalize an Agreement for Wildlife Removal and Dam Deconstruction for the Park and Recreation Department on an "as needed" basis. The City of Fort Worth (City) seeks quotes to provide humane wildlife removal services for beavers and included but not limited to land-based, aquatic wildlife, or additional animals on an as needed basis for the Park and Recreation Department. The primary objective is to safely and effectively mitigate wildlife activity to prevent damage to City property, infrastructure, and the surrounding natural environment. The Prospective bidders should ensure they download all attachments for complete responses and understanding of the agreement the City intends to award from this solicitation. The successful bidder, known hereafter as "Contractor"/"Vendor." WILDLIFE REMOVAL SERVICES - Bidder shall: Conduct site visits to evaluate signs of wildlife activity. This includes but not limited to: damage assessment, identification of entry points, and location of beaver dams, lodges, and gnawing evidence. Deploy traps at locations with confirmed wildlife activity. Ensure traps comply with all applicable wildlife regulations and are monitored daily. Perform removal of wildlife through either relocation or euthanasia in accordance with Texas Parks and Wildlife regulations only with prior approval from the City. If relocation is performed, details of release site shall be provided along with obtaining all necessary approvals. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with state and local regulations, including those pertaining to protected species. The Vendor shall provide services to the following locations. The awarded Vendor shall have the capability to provide services to any and all listed City locations.
