Bid cancelled Reference number: 20086133 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-15 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 The municipality of Larouche is requesting bids for the completion of the covered ice rink work for takeover in January 2026. The scope of work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a covered ice rink and warehouse as described in the tender documents. The bidder who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications prepared by the firms: 1. Architecture: Seconde nature studio in. 2. Structure: SAGA consultants 3. Civil: Delta consultants 4. Mechanical and electrical: Martin Roy and associates - MRA The Municipality does not intend to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility towards any of the bidders in case of rejection of all the bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the tender.
