WORK DESCRIPTION The work generally consists of replacement of HVAC system at the Senior Activity Center. A detailed Scope of Work can be found in the IFB Documents. TIME OF COMPLETION All work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Agency in conformance with the Contract Documents within sixty (60) Working Days after the date of commencement specified in the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the sum of $2,000 per day, for each and every calendar working days delay in excess of the number of working days prescribed above as per Standard Special Provisions (Table 6- 9(A)).
