The scope of work includes providing new electrical panels, interior and exterior luminaires for the enclosed well houses, rewiring of electrical panels, and installation of electrical equipment such as VFD and SCADA systems with cellular connection for each well house. Additionally, infilling of windows to match existing brick on exterior, door replacements, and replacement of existing exterior stairs and platforms with new ones is required for the enclosed well houses. Moreover, the exterior of the enclosed well houses will be fully painted as part of the project. The work encompasses building improvements, site utilities, and electrical, with coordination managed by the General Contractor.
