Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Jasper, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Jasper, Indiana, hereby gives notice that it will receive bids for the replacement windows at Jasper City Hall. A 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond is required before beginning work in the form provided in the specifications. Also, all insurance required in the specifications must be in place before commencing work. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid is required with each bid. All parts of Contractors Bid for Public Works (Form 96), including the Non-Collusion Affidavit, must be completed. Those submitting a Bid will be required to make such disclosures as may be necessary for the City of Jasper to successfully implement that policy and otherwise comply with the Indiana Code pertaining to Nepotism Policy requirements. An Indiana Legal Employment Declaration will be required and an Affidavit Regarding Non-responsibility will be required. The quotes may be held for 30 days. The Board of Public Works and Safety may reject any or all bids and may waive minor irregularity. Questions may be directed to Jasper City Engineer. Phone 1-812-482-4255.
