Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Henderson County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for the following: o Installation of 2 - 15-ton HVAC Units on provided concrete pads. o Duct work built and installed into the existing gymnasium from units. o Install gas lines to new units. o Install electrical wiring to the owner provided disconnect boxes. By submission of your bid, each vendor and each person signing on behalf of any vendor certifies, and in the case of a joint venture each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge a nd belief that each vendor is not on the list created pursuant to 12-12-106 Henderson County Government/Highway/Solid Waste/ Henderson County BOE reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
