General Architectural, Planning and Landscaping Architectural Services 2025 through 2029 The City of Green is requesting statements of qualifications for professional architectural, planning and landscape architectural firms to be considered on an as needed basis for various projects for the years 2025 to 2029. Statements of Qualifications should include information regarding the firm's history, education, and experience of owners and key personnel, experience/expertise in specific fields, number and location of offices, size and availability of staff, the firm's equipment and facilities, sub-consultants that might be utilized, references, and other pertinent information. Requests for services may include: o planning and architectural studies o historic preservation building renovation/design o environmental initiatives o arts and culture implementation projects o landscape architecture services o neighborhood planning studies o Construction administration services recommendations for projects with an estimated fee under $50,000 will be made on a project-by-project basis and based on the Statements of Qualifications on file. Contracts will be negotiated after the selections are made. For each project with an estimated fee greater than $50,000, all qualified firms will be evaluated and ranked based on the Statements of Qualifications on file. The three (3) highest ranking firms will be asked to submit technical proposals, which will be ranked. A fee will then be negotiated with the firm having the highest-ranking proposal.
