Site work and paving for a civil project in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Underground repairs for off-road or on-road storm sewer easements. The scope of work includes upgrades and repairs at Pie-XI North, Jourdain, Henri-Bourassa, Costebelle and Gustave-Gagnon Servitudes (PSO250049). TIMELINE: Tender for Henri-Bourassa section is underway and can be followed in the report under ID name: Renovation of the Underground Pipes on Henri-Bourassa Boulevard. Construction is scheduled for 2027 for the following sections: Jourdain Easement (PSO210321) (storm sewer outfall), on private property between civic addresses 9695 and 9735 Jourdain Street and the Berger River in the Les Rivières borough; Pie-XI North Easement (PSO220009) (storm sewer outfall), on private property between civic addresses 1960 and 1964 Pie-XI North Boulevard and the Nelson River in the La Haute-Saint-Charles borough; Costebelle Easement (PSO230408) (storm sewer outfall), on City property between civic addresses 4505 and 5080 Costebelle Avenue and the Saint-Charles River in the Les Rivières borough; Gustave-Gagnon easement (PSO200581) (stormwater outfall), on private land between civic numbers 2995 on Gustave-Gagnon Street and the bike path to the Saint-Charles River in the La Haute-Saint-Charles borough. Project will be next updated if/when approved to tender. Note: It is possible that an additional tender will be required in 2028 if all four easements are not completed by 2027.
