The work of constructing Sewer Rehabilitation Pipe Sliplining - Contract No. 2 will be let under one Contract, the principal items of work are detailed herein below. 1. Video and clean existing sewer. 2. Slipline existing sewer. The Contractor is hereby advised that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project and that the contract time of 120 consecutive calendar days and noted restrictions shall be strictly observed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE CONTRACT TIME IS EXCEEDED. QA date - 19 August 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
