Site work for a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.
The City of Delta invites bids for the construction of bus stop accessibility improvements at four sites in Delta. The four sites are: 1. EB River Rd at 8600 Block 2. NB 66A St at 3 Ave 3. EB Churchill St at King St 4. WB Churchill St at King St The Work generally consists of i. Installation of new concrete pads and hand formed curb and gutter at each location ii. New 1.5m x 1.5m asphalt letdowns at each site from the proposed pad to existing road iii. A 1.5m wide asphalt sidewalk from the existing driveway at 8600 River Rd to the proposed bus stop iv. Minor electrical works at 8600 River Rd v. Minor pavement widening at 8600 River Rd vi. Installation of an Allan Block retaining wall and handrail at EB Churchill St at King St vii. Installation of new bus stop sign sleeves at each location viii.
