This Contract provides for the fabrication and installation of the Monroe Civic Campus Monument sign for the civic campus, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All Work includes and consists of all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled or implied per the BID Documents to fabricate and install the Civic Campus Monument sign, as defined in the Special Provisions. Services are to be completed as outlined in the Phasing Plan with Contractor bonuses to the project if milestone dates are achieved. Throughout the project the selected vendor will coordinate and work with the Designer to assure technical conformance and fidelity in executing the Design Intent of the signage. All materials, services and/or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide a complete project shall be included in the proposal and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. The Civic Campus Sign Location is outside the new Monroe Civic Campus at 806 W. Main. St, Monroe, WA 98272. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is approximately $130,000.00.
