The Town of Manchester is soliciting creative, outside the box proposals from qualified playground design-build vendors to design and install a children's playground for ages 5-12. The project budget is capped inclusive of design, equipment, surfacing, installation, shipping, permits, and contingency. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
