Construction Manager at Risk for Mission Point Permanent Supportive Housing. All proposers shall meet the Affirmative Action requirements and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements described in Executive Order #11246. Both the Contractor, Owners) and partners have, pursuant to HUD regulation, certain responsibilities pertaining to the hiring and retention of personnel and subcontractors. Offerors are advised that the goal of MBE/WBE participation on this project is a minimum of 35% of the overall contract cost. The firms submitting proposals are encouraged to include MBE/WBE participation to the maximum extent possible. Misson Point is a new Sixty-five (65) unit supportive housing project located at 1401 Monroe Street in Toledo, Ohio. The building will provide housing for adult individuals experiencing homelessness in one bedroom, 650 square foot apartments. The project will include a community room, property management spaces and other social service support space, offices, and community spaces. The building will contain four (4) fully mobility impaired units and two (2) units for sensory (hearing/vision) impairment. The building will be a wood framed building, four (4) stories tall, and has a total area of approximately 56,230 square feet. The site is currently a 1.6-acre vacant lot. The target maximum allowable construction cost for the project is $15,500,000.00 (the "Target GMP"). Firms should understand that the Target GMP sets a fixed limit of construction cost that is critical to the overall success of the Project. Question Deadline : 08/22/2025 at 11:00 AM ET.
