Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The General Contractor (GC) will assist NYSERDA in the overall management of NYSERDA's office build out at 1333 Broadway, New York, NY entire 6th Floor and partial 7th floor. Work will include but is not limited to architectural and structural replacements, renovations, and repairs to conference rooms, office spaces, workstations, showers, restrooms, stairways, break rooms, windows, flooring, ceiling systems, interior finishes as well as upgrades and modifications to fire alarm systems, elevators, and new and existing mechanical, electrical equipment/services, security and data/communications systems to increase energy efficiency. Services will include, but not be limited to, constructibility review, field check, value engineering, bid package review, scheduling (both during design and construction phase) and general contractor services. Potential responders are advised that under New York State Finance Law Section 139-j, communication on procurements can be made only to designated contact persons.
