Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services: Phase 1: Step 1 - Start-up Attend kick-off meeting between HQ and DND. Attend working meetings. Engage and coordinate the work of sub-consultants as required. Complete surveys of affected electrical installations. Analysis of the site and documents – Verify compliance with the existing. Analysis of the applicable regulations. Determine the concept of a medium-voltage connection with HQ. Step 2 – Concept Attend working meetings. Preliminary sketches/drawings. Detailed calculation book. Estimation 30%. Technical data sheets of the aimed products. Detailed work schedule including phasing. Deliverable presentation (bilingual). Phase 2 (Optional Services): Step - Preliminary Drawings and Specifications (60%). Step - Plans and specifications – 99% issue. Step - Plans and specifications – 100% issue. Tender Phase Services (TPS) and Construction Phase Services (CPS).
