At Building 486, the Contractor will remove the existing 10-ton package unit that serves the weight room and install a new 5-ton package unit at a new location. The work includes demolition of the existing exterior ductwork, the 10-ton unit, and the concrete pad. The Contractor will also relocate the existing electrical disconnect, repair the ductwork penetration, and install a new concrete pad.
