Foundation: Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Replace the wet interior roof hatch. 2) Overflow discharge modification. 3) Reinstall hardware on a section of the wet interior ladder fall prevention device. 4) Install a vandal guard. 5) Install a roof platform. 6) Balcony drain holes. 7) Balcony access modification. 8) Replace roof vent with a pressure vacuum vent. 9) Install roof rigging couplings. 10) Install bowl rigging couplings. 11) Install grounding rods for the structure. 12) The Contractor has the option to perform the work in the Fall of 2025 or in the Spring of 2026. Fall 2025 Schedule: Commence work on or after September 15, 2025. Substantial Completion by October 31, 2025, including cure and disinfection time. Spring 2026 Schedule: Commence work on or after April 13, 2026. Substantial Completion by June 12, 2026, including cure and disinfection time. The tank may be out-ofservice for a maximum of 25 days. Liquidated damages are applicable and begin after 25 days out-of-service or after Substantial Completion date whichever is the earlier date Liquidated damages at $1,250/calendar day is to apply after this date.
