Edifice LLC is the Construction Manager for the City of Lincolnton Public Services Center. Edifice is currently seeking to pre-qualify contractors for subcontractor trade packages. Question Deadline 09/09/2025 A written appeal may be filed with Edifice within three business days of receipt of notice that the firm has been denied prequalification. Appeals should be submitted to Matt Haig at mhaig@edificeinc.com or hand delivered. This is a renovation of an existing building with 3 new pre-engineered metal buildings. The project includes full sitework and paving package, and ground-up construction with interior finishes. The site features carports, covered material storage, and new concrete, asphalt paving, and gravel paving. Please note: There are 2 DEPT buildings per site layout; they are the same design. These packages are a description of the work and not the final list of trade packages; the CM reserves the right to add or delete trade packages. All pre-qualified bidders are required to seek Minority, Women, Small Business Enterprises (MWSBE) participation. The minimum goal for this project is 10% participation. This project shall include all goals and objectives of the owner. Edifice invites all local, minority contractors and suppliers to participate in the pre-qualification and bidding process.
