Renovation of an educational facility in Hannibal, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Hannibal CSD - Fairley Elementary School - School Based Health Center - HVAC - Reconfiguration of classroom and adjacent spaces to house a school-based health center, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011000 entitled Summary of work Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
