Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge, payable by separate check to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Upon returning sets promptly and in re-usable condition to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
