Renovation of a municipal facility in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Stockbridge is seeking qualified contractors to perform exterior slate roof repairs and replacement at the Stockbridge Town Offices, located at 50 Main Street, Stockbridge, MA 01262. The estimated project cost is $25,000, and the contract duration shall be 30 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. o All work shall comply with applicable Massachusetts State Building Code and OSHA safety regulations. o Contractor shall maintain the premises in a safe, orderly, and workmanlike manner at all times. o Replace approximately 150 broken or missing slate tiles, matching existing slate in size and color as closely as possible. o Contractor shall identify and recommend any additional slate repairs beyond the specified quantity on a Time & Materials basis, subject to prior written approval from the Town.
