Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Geraldton, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Various facility upgrades for the Geraldton Community Centre over a multi-year project term. Upgrades shall enhance accessibility, improve safety, increase energy efficiency and lower operational costs. renovation objectives include accessibility upgrades to the main entrance, the development of multigenerational activity room adjoining to the Elderly Persons Center room, the replacement of interior finishes to meet fire code requirements, lighting and heating upgrades, painting and rink dasher board replacement. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been awarded. Design to be completed in 2025 for construction tendering in early 2026.
