Summer St. Drainage Repairs - furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for the removal and installation of a new drainage structure, including temporary utility bypasses and pavement restoration. Question Deadline 08/25/2025: All questions concerning this IFB and requests for interpretation of these documents shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer / Owners representative no less than three (3) business days before the due date for submissions.. All questions pertaining to the specifications are to be directed to the Department of Public Works, by telephone at (978)297-0170 or electronically to pwood@winchendon-ma.gov between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday This Contract is effective when signed by both the Contractor and the Town, and shall be for a period of one year. The work shall be completed no later than September 1, 2025.
