Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Huntingdon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Town of Huntingdon seeks bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at The Dixie Carter Performing Arts Center located at 191 Court Square, Huntingdon, TN. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the installation of a 12.5 ton A2L Freon package rooftop unit. The bid shall include all expenses associated with the installation of the unit required to make it operational. The town reserves the right to reject any proposal for cause; to reject all proposals and invite new proposals and/or to accept what is in their opinion the lowest and best proposal. The town council is the final arbiter of all questions concerning the proposals. It is the policy of the Town of Huntingdon not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex or disability in its hiring and employment practices, or in admission to, access to, or operation of its programs, services and activities.
